Easy English Classes are held every Tuesday and Wednesday from 1-2 pm in the International Friends Center, Suite 1900 of University Place Apts (1205 University Ave) These classes are led by Americans and designed to help new speakers of English to improve their listening and speaking skills through pronunciation drills, telling of stories, and cultural learning. These classes are free and open to any international. Starting September 3, 2024.
7:00 PMEnglish Conversation Group
English Conversation Groups are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7 to 8 pm with one American leading each night a small group of international students or scholars in English Conversation on popular topics, current events and American culture. It's a great place to ask questions about language or culture. These groups will begin on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. (USE THE NORTH DOOR OFF OF THE PARKNG LOT TO ENTER THE BUILDING)

6:30 PMKids Bible Club & Parents Bible Study
Every Wednesday starting on September 4, 2024 Global Life Church sponsors the Kids Bible Club for international children K through 5th grade from 6:30 to 8 pm. Kids start out at three learning centers (art, puzzles, craft) then go to teaching time where they hear and see a Bible story, a missionary story and a memory verse. Then we have a review game and give out prizes (candy or small toy)
 
On the 4th Floor Community Rom at University Place Apts Tim & Gina Bailey lead a Parents Bible Study at the same time so parents can drop off their kids and then go to t heir own Bible study that looks at the Bible chronologically from the Old Testament through the New Testament life of Jesus..

Every Thursday starting on September 5, 2024 there is a Seeker Bible Discussion led by Karen Smith in the International Friends Center, Suite 1900 of University Place Apts (1205 University Ave) from 1 to 2 pm. These Bible discussions focus on the life of Jesus and are designed for people new to the Bible. They are free and open to any international student or scholar.

7:00 PMFriday Night Bible & Pizza Party
On Friday nights starting on September 6, 2024 we will have a pizza (vegetarian, pepperoni, sausage, cheese) dinner with soft drinks and desserts, followed by singing a couple of songs which is followed by 2-3 small group Bible discussions. One of these groups is for kids so families are welcome to attend. We start at 7 pm and will end by 9 pm. These are free and open to all international students of any religious background.
