We’ll have authentic American food, resources, and fun. This is a great opportunity to learn about what International Friends is and how you can get involved.

Spend an hour speaking English! Repeat sentences to build stories while working on pronunciation, fluency, and intonation with fellow Internationals and your American teacher, Brenda.

Independence Day Pool Party
Who: International students, scholars, and their families
What: a fun evening with BBQ hamburgers and hotdogs, yard games, swimming (but you don't have to swim), and traditional Independence Day festivities at an American home
When: July 4, 6:30–9:00 PM
What to bring: a dish to share (potluck style) and a towel if you plan to swim
Provided: hamburgers, hotdogs, condiments, drinks, plates and plasticware
Location: the address will be sent to you via email after you complete this Google Form
Rain Plan: eat dinner and watch a kid-friendly movie on a big screen
